Puppy potty training in the winter?

Hii I have a 10 week old yorkie chi, shes about 4 pounds..I live in MD so its pretty cold right about now, I have been outside training her during the day and potty padding at night since its frigid! is that ok? Does anyone have any tips?

hey
i don’t suggest that you outside train him.
train him n the house in the toilet or where you want to.
let him pee on something and let him smell it.
he will recognize it in a few weeks of peeing on it.
