talking pet toys for dogs, Target use to carry them by Boots & Barkley, but I can’t find them anymore, help

I don’t know of the talking toy that you are mentioning, but Pet’s Mart has some cute toys. In addition to having numerous locations, (at least here in CA), I know they have a web site with lots of cool dog toys to be had.
